- How do I become a Rewards Program member?
You can get a card at any Papa Gino’s or D’Angelo restaurant and register your card online by going to papaginos.com/rewards or dangelos.com/rewards. Alternatively, you can enroll in the Rewards Program by completing the Registration form found on the papaginos.com/rewards or dangelos.com/rewards websites. If you don’t have a card, complete the registration form and we will send you a virtual membership number via email
- Is there anything I can’t redeem my Reward Dollars on?
Reward Dollars are not eligible to be redeemed toward the purchase of Gift Cards.
- Does it cost anything to become a member?
No, there is no charge for becoming a member of the Rewards Program.
- Why do I have to register my card?
Registration allows you to track your account activity, such as points balance, simply by logging in. It also allows us to replace your card in the event it is lost or stolen. As a registered member, you can also elect to receive special offers and promotions via email. Card registration is required to redeem rewards.
- What are the program rewards and how do I earn them?
Every time you make a purchase, you are awarded one point for each dollar spent on food purchases*. When you hit 75 points a $5.00 reward is automatically placed on your card. From time to time, we may provide special rewards upon registration.
*Note: points are not awarded for non-food items such as taxes, driver tips or items paid for with rewards dollars. Additionally, points are not accrued on the purchase of gift cards, however, you can earn points when paying with a gift card.
- Is there anything I don’t earn points for?
You don’t earn points for some items, such as taxes, driver tips or items paid for with your rewards dollars.
- Do I need different cards for Papa Gino’s and D’Angelo?
No, you may use the same Rewards Card at both Papa Gino’s and D’Angelo.
- What happens if I don’t have my card with me when I visit Papa Gino’s or D’Angelo?
If you have registered your card, a team member will be able to look up your rewards account by the phone number and name you used to register the card. You will be able to redeem rewards and earn points for purchases made during that visit.
- What happens if I lose my card?
If you have lost your card, simply tell a Team Member and provide the phone number associated with your account. It is important to note that this will only work if your card is registered so the Team Member can look it up via phone number.
- Do I earn points for call-in, online and delivery orders?
Yes. Be sure to provide your rewards number when placing your order. For online orders, you can enter your Rewards Card number when placing your order. Please note: our delivery drivers cannot accept your card during the delivery. The rewards card must be provided during the ordering process.
- Do I need to enter my rewards card number every time I place an online order?
No. You can store your card number by selecting “Manage Your Account” in the online ordering system. After that, your rewards card number will be automatically added to every order you place online.
- Will my points, Reward Dollars, and free food expire if I don’t use them right away?
Points will not expire. Any Reward Dollars and free food items* will expire 90 days after the date they were earned. Rewards Cards will expire after one year of inactivity. *Unless otherwise specified.
- How do I know how many points I have earned?
You may go online to papaginos.com/rewards or dangelos.com/rewards. When you get to the Rewards Page, select Login and enter your user name and password. Once logged in, you can check your account balance by selecting the “Account Balance” link. You can also check your transaction history by selecting the “Transaction History” link. You may also ask a team member in the restaurant to check the balance on your card for you.
- Do I earn points for buying a Gift Card?
Points are not earned on the purchase of Gift Cards, however, you can earn points when paying with a Gift Card.
- Who should I contact if I have problems with my card?
You may contact us by phone at 1-800-PAPA GINOS or 1-800-727-2446. You can also email us.
- When I try to register my card, I get the message “invalid card number.”
When you input the card number, do not include any spaces. If you are still having difficulty, please contact Guest Services and a team member will be able to assist you.
- What do I need to register my card?
When you register your card, you will be asked to provide the card number and registration code from the back of the card, name, address, phone number and e-mail address.
- Where can I find my card number and registration code?
Both can be found on the back of your Papa Gino’s/D’Angelo Rewards Card. The card number is the 16-digit number and the registration code is the 6-digit number.
- After I register, what do you do with my information?
We use this information to send you information on exciting offers and timely promotions. We also use it to send updates on changes to the program and to keep you apprised of your account activity. Your phone number is necessary to look up your account in case you leave your card at home. Please note that we will never share your information with a third party, except when necessary for specific services such as a sweepstakes entry.
- Can I use my card at all Papa Gino’s and D’Angelo restaurants?
The Papa Gino’s/D’Angelo Rewards Program is available at participating restaurants in CT, MA, ME, NH, RI and VT. Points are awarded only on purchases made at participating restaurants. Rewards cards are only issued and accepted at participating stores. Currently all Papa Gino’s restaurants participate but selected D’Angelo restaurants are not part of the program.
