WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SIGN A FRANCHISE AGREEMENT?
BEFORE YOU OPEN:
- Site selection... we work with you through D'Angelo's Broker Network to secure a location.
- Restaurant design... we provide you with a standard set of drawings, layouts for your specific location and provide a network of architects.
- Equipment ordering... we help you order your specific equipment package through our approved vendors to ensure timely delivery.
- Construction... we over-see your construction through our pre-construction meeting with your contractor, our field reps review bi-weekly reports and the final punch list completion.
- Training... your attendance at our intensive five-week training program with a certified trainer in one of our training restaurants.
AFTER YOU OPEN:
- Field support... you are assigned a Franchise District Manager who will assist you in evaluating all aspects of your business.
- Operations manual... covers the complete span of topics necessary to running your business daily.
- Franchise services... D'Angelo Headquarters is just a phone call away or an e-mail away.
- Research and development... ongoing R&D is supported by a qualified staff of professionals in our state-of-the-art test kitchen.

DO YOU HAVE COMPANY RESTAURANTS?
Yes, we operate over 150 locations.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO BE APPROVED?
Initial financial approval takes one week. Final approval occurs within 6 weeks, following the candidate's Discovery Day visit to our corporate headquarters.
DO YOU OFFER FINANCING?
We can refer you to third-party financing. We are listed on the SBA Registry.
WHAT IS THE TERM OF MY FRANCHISE AGREEMENT?
A 20 year Franchise Agreement is awarded to qualified franchisees.
CAN I OPEN ONE RESTAURANT OR ARE MORE REQUIRED?Single and multi-unit development is available in select markets throughout New England. Multi-unit development is required in Orlando, FL with a minimum of 3 units to be developed over 3 to 4 years.
CAN I SELL MY BUSINESS?
Yes. Your D'Angelo franchise can be sold. D'Angelo Franchising Corporation must approve the buyer. The terms and conditions are set forth in our U.F.O.C.
WHO SIGNS THE LEASE AGREEMENT?
You will execute a lease agreement. We do not sign leases.
WHAT'S THE SIZE OF A D'ANGELO RESTAURANT?
We require at least 1,800 sq. ft. for a free standing or in-line location. Food court locations are a minimum 750 sq. ft. Our prototype is 2,000 sq. ft. (25' X 80')
